Our 30-Day Return Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn’t perfect or you simply changed your mind, we’ll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Tags and packaging should be intact
Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)
We only accept returns for orders delivered in the United Kingdom

Fast, Reliable Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and we’ll send you a confirmation once it’s completed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping if returning due to change of mind or exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We never want that to happen. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at KesslerCos@proton.me. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
