This policy applies to orders placed with Kessler Co. Kessler Co is operated by Abigail Houston LLC.
Return window
You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email us at kesslercos@proton.me with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the item(s) back by post using a tracked shipping service. Please keep your proof of postage.
Return address: Please contact us for the return address before sending any item back. Our business address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States; please do not send returns there unless we ask you to.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not the item you ordered. In that case we will cover the return shipping cost; please contact us first so we can arrange it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are welcome, subject to availability. Contact us at kesslercos@proton.me within 30 days of delivery. The exchange follows the same conditions as a return; once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have had their tags removed cannot be accepted, unless they are faulty.
